How does the shopping basket system operate?

You can reserve products by selecting the "ADD TO CART" button without making any commitment. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon located at the top on the right. Products can be removed from the shopping basket by selecting the "REMOVE" button. If you wish to purchase the products in your shopping basket, select the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.

How can I pay?
We offer a range of payment options. We accept payments through VISA and MasterCard credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal and prepayment.


Can I return my order?
You have 14 days to cancel the contract and to return your order without providing a reason. Returning your order will be charged with GBP 7,80.
How do I return my order?
Details about returning your order are available on the returns label. There is a 14 day cancellation period, starting on the day that you or a third party – other than the carrier – designated by you receive the final goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the order, you need to clearly notify us (for example, by sending us an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. The period only begins once a fully-completed notification of cancellation is received in writing. The cancellation does not need to be justified and can be submitted in writing at [email protected] or by returning the goods at your risk. Charges for gift packaging and postage are not refunded when returning goods. You will find further information in the cancellation policy.

Customer account

Do I need a customer account?
You can place an order with us even if you do not have a customer account. For the delivery, we only need your personal details, the delivery address, and the billing address. It is easier to place an order at our online shop if you have a customer account. It helps you to maintain an overview of your orders. You can create a customer account here.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Protect your personal password and keep it in a safe place. If you forget your password, you can request a new password by using the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button. The email will contain a link to our website where you can create a new password.

Is it safe to order at Sandwich?
Yes it is. At https://www.sandwichfashion.co.uk, personal details are transmitted in encrypted form and are therefore protected against unauthorised access by third parties.
Is it safe to use credit cards?
We guarantee that your credit card payment is secure. Your payment details are reliably protected against unauthorised access on our secure server. All the information that you provide when placing your order is transferred in encrypted form. This particularly applies to credit card information. We make use of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system for this purpose. A credit card is one of the most secure payment methods when making a purchase on the Internet.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 2-5 working days. We will dispatch your order on the same working day, or the following working day at the latest. If prepayment is selected, the delivery time will commence once the full invoice amount has been received.
Do I need to pay shipping costs for my order?
We currently do not ship to the UK.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging in on your customer account at any time. In addition, you can also track your consignment on the Internet when it leaves our dispatch warehouse. You will receive an email with the package number and a link to our shipping partner’s online portal for this purpose.
Where can I find an overview of my orders?
If you go to "My account", you can view all your orders and returns under the "Delivery information" menu item.
What should I do if I receive incorrect item or if part of my order is missing?
If part of your delivery is missing, first check your delivery note to see whether all the items have been listed, or whether there is a note stating that some of your order will be sent in another delivery.

How can I redeem a voucher?
If you wish to redeem a voucher, please enter the corresponding code in the "VOUCHER" box when you are placing your order. And this is how easy it is:
  1. Choose your item and add it to your shopping cart.
  2. Redeem your voucher by entering the code in the "Redeem voucher" box.
  3. Select "REDEEM" and the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from your order. The voucher code can only be used once and will no longer be valid once it has been redeemed.
What terms and conditions apply when using a voucher?
With respect to validity and minimum sales value, please refer to the relevant redemption terms and conditions which are included on your voucher. Cash settlement and subsequent invoicing for previous orders is not possible. The voucher code should be entered during the order process in each case. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed once for each order or customer account.

Vouchers will not be paid out for any returns, or offset against the retained items on a pro rata basis. If you wish to re-order your chosen item in a different size or colour, please email [email protected] or telephone us on +31 (0)20 2134496 for a replacement voucher. We are available on Monday – Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Can I combine several vouchers?
Only one voucher can be redeemed for each order. You cannot combine several vouchers for one order.
